I have always felt passionate about the magic of life, the soul, the beauty of the world, the purity and innocence inherently within the Earth, within us. Even as a child, through challenging and difficult moments when my environment may have felt void of this magic, I remember having the desire to protect the magic within myself, my soul. I may have not been aware of it at the time but looking back, that is exactly what I was doing, keeping that light alive, not letting it dim, and connecting to it in any way I could. But, these instinctual protective mechanisms we developed early on are often what keep us small, stuck, and looping in survival mode.

 

Over time, we all collect patterns, beliefs, energetic postures, etc, both from this lifetime and from our ancestral lineages. These are stored in our subconscious, in our nervous systems, in our cells. About six years ago, I was set on a different path. One where I would begin to bring consciousness to these unconscious patterns and beliefs. One where I would begin tending to myself on all levels, body, mind, and spirit. One where I opened myself up to a world I always sensed but hadn’t yet seen clearly. A world that is animistic, where the same life force that flows through you and I flows through animals, plants, the ocean, and the rivers. A world where my trust in the divine guides me, even when I can’t see the path in front of me, even when the outcome looks different than I expected. A world rooted in and devoted to truth and beauty. 

 

Rooting in these ways of being has changed my life. I would love to be a part of you changing yours. It’s my mission to empower people to live from their truest essence. To support people in connecting to their souls, to the Earth, to Spirit. To know that their reality is created from within, that everything they need is within. This can be both challenging and extremely freeing. The more we come into conscious relationship with the Earth, and with ourselves, the more we can easefully move through the challenges and expand our capacity for the freedom that comes with claiming our lives. 

 

For the past decade, I have been devoted to the path of service. Through my many work experiences, trainings, education, and self- study I have acquired many tools and modalities to support you in this process. And, more importantly, my personal journey inward has given me many gifts to share.
